Where faith meets community

My husband says he is saved. But for 20 years I see no fruit. He is mean to the family. Does not want anyone to come over to the house. He is a man of misery. It’s so hard to live with him, but ALL glory to God. HE gives me strength and most of the time joy, but at the same time, it’s very sorrowful I love y’all and thank you for praying

I've been praying for years that God would give me a friend and a mentor. Every time someone comes into my life that I feel like is an answer to my prayers, they always let me down. Including pastors and Sunday school teachers.

Please pray for my son Rohan’s urgent job breakthrough. May Jesus show compassion and open the right door, guide his CV to the right employer and remove every obstacle and delay. Please intercede for Rohan to obtain a stable, fulfilling job with good growth, recognition and financial security. Lord Jesus, we trust You.c Amen.

My friend has had over a year of spinal procedures and pain. Yesterday she had yet another one and is having significant complications that may require her to return to the hospital in the next 24 hours. Please pray for healing , she has two young kids in school and desperately wants to be here for them. She needs God to move mightily , we need a breakthrough in Jesus name.

I am praying for my mom who has been my rock throughout my life and now she needs my, and others prayers for her health. She was found to have a mass growing in her lymph nodes and she had a biopsy done to determine the extent of what it is and get an understanding of treatment. Please watch over her. God is the creator of all and if God can create life from nothing I am sure that he can heal my Mom by casting out the sickness that ha developed in her. My Mom loves life and see the best in everyone. She's never asked for much and has the wisdom of more than anyone I know but has the grace and understanding to allow others to find the way with the slightest being said. She's my Mom. I love her with all my heart. Please allow her to spend more time in this world in happy health.

Beloved Lord, Please help me and my dog. We are alone. Heal my dog, make him healthy and strong. Help us with all the challenges we are facing. Please, grant us a permanent home, loving supporting present protective friends, solve all the significant problems I don't know how to handle. Bring us peace, serenity, stability,lots of unconditional genuine love. We have been through lots of losses, traumas, abuses, solitude, homelessness...please, don't abandon us, give us a loving breakthrough. Restore us. Favor us. I would appreciate as many people as possible praying for my dad in Jesus name, he is only in his mid 70's and has been in great health his entire life. He has no bad habits, doesn't smoke, drink, or do any drugs. He also has been eating well, and taking supplements the past number of years almost a decade. He's also never been overweight, and his bloodwork at his Dr has been consistently good for years. But a couple months ago he started having abnormal pain in his neck, and back, so he went and got an xray, and MRI. They just told him he had stage 4 cancer in his kidneys, and lymph glands, and it's pressing on his heart, and it also dissolved away his upper rib near his heart. I have no siblings, and no children myself, and I'm 50, so I have no help with any end of life tasks. He is also the main person in my life, and the main person I hang out with and talk to, so I am not prepared to lose him. Please ask the Lord to completely remove the cancer from his body, and allow him more time, In Jesus name. Thank you

I've been praying and trying my best but nothing has seemed to work out for a long time and its really hard. I really just want to do what God is calling me to do but I can't find the path to get there and I feel so trapped in so many bad situations. I'm really trying so hard but I'm so tired and I don't know what to do.
